Good luck! I hope you get some lings. I think we have had enough of the blacks lately. Time for the big boys!

Hey Roy, just got home from work. I would love to join you tomorrow, the conditions do look good. Instead I have to clean out the trailer, and start getting things together for the weekend. Good luck tomorrow and say hi to Ralph for me!

Gotta love the Ocean. No endless trolling with no results. Limited out on Blacks, well could have, caught at least ten and kept five of the bigger ones. Still no Lings, there being finicky.

I wonder if the lings moved into the deeper water? Or are they just not in the mood to strike. Where the blacks on the surface again?

they were actually both on the top and the bottom, but  the top water action was faster.

Not sure on the lings, I guess one of the guys from Florence caught one on monday, but lost it at the Yak.

gonna try to get out on sunday if the conditions will allow. Can't wait until the  big mommas come in to spawn!!

Until then, bring on the Salmon...

I couldn't make it yesterday do to planned family time, but I will try and make it out there on Sunday.

I got a couple good pictures of the whole group on the water at Port Orford the other day. I will try to get them posted tonight.
Enjoy the ride!
