10/15 - Willamette Sturgeon?
« on: October 14, 2009, 09:24:42 am »
Anyone want to meet up for some Willamette Sturgeon tomorrow?  I've heard of some decent catch around St. Johns and the Toyota Hole (an area i've never fished), but haven't heard much of that further up river... Anyone care to meet up and show me these lower areas?

Wish I could.  Please let us know how you do.  I'm looking forward to those big uglies make their way up the willy.

Yesterday was a bust. Lots of keepers seen. Bait of choice was squid, which I didn't have. Grabbing some from work today and giving it another go if anyone is up for it.

Where on the Willy were you fishing? I'm still thinking of Multnomah Channel tomorrow.

George Rodgers again. Easy for me to get to from work, and then meet my wife for dinner when she's off...
