More bad news on 2010 sturgeon regs

They (state biologists) are saying they (the states of Oregon and Washington) are going to setup a Willamette Zone for sturgeon in 2010 regs. Even lower catch numbers are likely, and setting up a no-angling zone between 205 and the dam.
