This was circulated around the Ocean Kayak Prostaff today.  I thought I'd share.

That was hilarious.

But a kayak "Pro" angler that can't do a  deep water rentry by himself? Hmmmmm,  :icon_scratch: seems like the bar for "Pro" is set pretty low.:dontknow:

A.) I didn't say he was on the Ocean Kayak Pro-staff, I just said that this video was sent around to the Ocean Kayak Pro-staff.

b.) He's a freshwater bass fisherman

I like to imagine that I would have reached back, grabbed him by the neck and flung him onto the bank...but really I would have just fallen off too...only with some cussing.

That wasn't an attack.  That goose was in love!
It wasn't even angry till the guy tried to use him as floatation device.  Lol!

Hilarious! Thanks, bsteves!
Note that the victim's rescuer is in a Nativecraft Ultimate 12, standing upright on two legs, is calm and cool, in charge of the situation, etc. Unlike the bumbling goose-attack victim who fell out of his boat and ended up floundering like a flounder.

I would have grabbed that squawker by the neck just below its head, and swung him around about 1800 degrees or so. Five complete circles overhead would have gotten the job done. That attack was unprovoked. I would have wanted revenge. >:D

I have feelings     and they can be hurt

that "pro" label may be self appointed. probably even considers himself a "kayaker".
As lame as this guy is on a boat, I still appreciate that hes secure enough to put this out there for all to enjoy.

Terry, I've actually seen pictures of you out on salt water (Baja) fishing in your kayak, you're in a different class.

Dang B, he's one of your OK pro's?  :angry7: Man that is sad.   :D

Didn't I just say he isn't on the OK pro staff?
