2010 ORC Headcount thread (for food)
« on: June 17, 2010, 11:22:05 pm »
It occurs to me while we have an idea of how many are registered we don't have a head count for food planning purposes. We also don't have any idea of what's still needed (bowls, spoons, etc...).  This will really help me know how much to bring.

Who: Bringing/needed: # Adults/kids:

FishSniffer (aka: Hurricane) Greg Clam Chowder, you'll need a bowl & spoon
the "Fish", Chris, Clam Chowder
- Have a 2 burner Camp Chef propane stove using one burner. 1 Available.
- Have a 42 cup electric coffee maker if someone could drop it back by my place (Yaquina Head) on Sunday sometime. Chime in if I should bring this Friday night. Need couple pounds of coffee.

Just me.

I've been way too busy dealing with out of town visitors and having to buy a new car this week that I've flaked on making something.  I'll bring some of my home brew and pick something up (maybe flatbread and humus?)  at Trader Joes on the way out.

I'll probably be getting on the road late today, and get down there around 8 or so.  I'll bring the makings for a spicy veggie stir fry - cabbage, kale, some meat, etc.  I'll bring a big wok and take advantage of any spare burner.
