I always tip my jigs with a small strip of squid. It sure worked good for me at the ORC! Gotta get back up to DB one of these days!

I used to use squid among other tasty tidbits to sweeten my jigs, that was until I found the gulp strip bait.  I precut it into small strips and store it in a small container with its "juice".  All my ling jigs get a strip of this.  All the benefits of fresh bait with none of the hassle

And a group photo of the fearless hunters, sans Jammer, for the scapbook.

Could'a done without the finale swim, but a great day nevertheless.

Ling Banger aka "Captain Huli" pictured middle, soaking wet, and outfished.

K Jr. told me it was coming, so I cleared the deck. Got my rod, rod holders and all below deck. Left my fish on the game clip. When the boat flipped I was trying to feel my way to the stern to try and superman in. I stuck my hand through the tiny end of the game clip, came close to breaking my wrist. Took me two more waves to get free, got the adrenaline going for sure.

A great day, thanks guys!
