2011 NA Sturgeon Tournament rollcall

Attention Dino anglers, we are about 1 month away from the 1st kayak fishing tournament of the 2011 season. So we can order plenty of tournament swag, I need to know if your planning on attending. Please respond with a "yes" or "no" and any questions that you may have. If you are traveling to Portland from out of state we may be able to help a few of you with some accommodations. Is this shindig still on?  Catch and release, I know, but with a Captain's bag, tee shirt, and BBQ, it's tempting enough to check the weather report.  My best bet to catch a nice sturgeon is on a catch and release day anyway.  Just wondering if the party's still on?

It sure is!  It will have to be CP&R only given the current regs, but it'll still be a good time!

Let me take this opportunity to mention that the sign-up list looks pretty dismal... and by that I mean we've got no one signed up and paid for... not even myself... woops!   

The tournament is rapidly approaching so let's get signed up!  Jammer, can you please add a Paid/Not Paid column next to the entrants list so we can start getting an official count?

OK...I've updated the list at the top of this thread with updated names and whether or not you've paid. At this point we have around 10pp, but I know of a few more of you guys that are interested. If your planning on attending the tournament, please respond here on this thread as soon as possible and I'll add your name to the list. Also, please let me know if/when you register online and I'll switch you to "paid".

anyone been catching anything on the willy? I've gone out a couple times without luck, and haven't seen or heard of dinos being caught. I haven't exactly put in a solid day of focused fishing though either.

I still haven't quite got sturgeon fishing dialed, so will be good fun hanging out and steeling all your techniques with or without tons of action
