The leader board updated correctly for me when I added my Cutthroat upgrade last week.

Did you shoot those from a pit?

No we hunt out of layout blinds.  In a bare field like that the only hide is from the edge in the weeds

Worked for me as well. We've got Bsteves on this when he gets some time.

Regarding Coosbayyakker's missing points.  There is a glitch in the leaderboard if you have two or more fish with the same exact score (i.e. surfperch and panfish both with 135 pts) only one will be counted in your score.  My solution for this is to add 0.01 inch to one and subtract 0.01 inch from the other so that the scores are exact.  After fixing this for Roy he is indeed in 3rd place right now.

If you have tied fish in your line up let me know and I'll apply the fix for you.

The scores are only exact if it is the same points per inch, right?

No, the scores can be exactly the same for two different species even if the points per inch are different.

For example, a 30 inch ling at 4 pts per inch = 120 pts and a 15 inch cab at 8 pts per inch = 120 pts.

But if you add 0.01 to the ling and subtract 0.01 from the cab, you get 0.01*4 - 0.01*8 = -0.04 and not "net 0".  Or am I not understanding your "adjustment".

Your math is correct Allen, but will .04 points matter?  If it does, wouldn't Brian just use the real number for final placements?  The 'fix' is just so the leader board will work isn't it?

The fix is for the leaderboard only.  If it's ever close use the real numbers to calculate the final l result

Congrats to Zee, CoosBay, EO and Spot for the top 4!  And to everyone else on learning some new things and new places.  I know this contest got me thinking of where I could go for some larger fish and took me to some amazing locations.  Now on to the good stuff, what did everyone win?  Is there an official end of contest party or anything?  When can we enter for 2011?  Hopefully this year, I'll not throw some back (dang Cabbie Closure, 25" Ling and small bluegill) and not get too distracted by hunting season and buying a house.
