Willamette access between St Paul and Newberg

Hey Everyone,
Next Monday I'm hoping to take one of Joes fine rentals and fish the Willamette along the outlet of the Yamhill river. Does anyone know of public access on the east side of the river, i.e. near St Paul?

Never been there, but I know it's a pullout area for canoers.
