I actually did a repair last week in desperation (needed it the next day) taking a cue from the vid Insayn posted above. I used a pink play ball as a form, a strip of latex taken from the top of the neck seal, and an aquaseal kit ( aquaseal/cetol and a brush). Worked great for the two days of immersion in relatively warm water. But the seal still needs to be replaced as its deteriorated and tore in another spot the last time I took it off.

I found 303 Aerospace Protectant Wipes on Amazon. Is this what you guys use for the latex gaskets?

Even with frequent use of 303, I still replace my seals at least every other year.  I've seen too many break at an inopportune time.

I saw a recommendation to only add a new seal to the 1" remaining old seal(s) up to two times. 

So, at this point would it be time to replace the whole garmet, or is there an easy way to remove the old glue to start fresh, and still have a secure surface to attach a new seal?

In searching for different videos on how to replace seals,  I remember several where they showed completely removing the old seals via heating with an iron or heat gun.  If I can find one of them I will post a link.

I need to get to replacing some seals which I thought would be a good winter project.   If I keep procrastinating, it will become a spring project

303 is what Kokatat recommends to keep the seals fresh.
