I've been using Pro-trolls combined with Brad's superbaits for a while now primarily at Drano Lake. However, they have become enormously productive on the lower Columbia from Camas downstream. I've been having a banner fall trolling them and I'm not alone. Here is a video explaining how I rig these. I encourage anyone with the time to get down here. Columbia King fishing has been unreal for over a month and doesn't seem to show any signs of stopping anytime soon.

A few weeks ago this same setup put my largest kayak King in the boat for a 29 lb monster that whooped my ass.

Additionally, these setup have given my wife, Sidra, her first opportunity to take on a King from the kayak. I think she is hook although they do seem to beat her up a bit.

Good luck and best fishes!

More great video Tyler. Thank you for sharing with the rest of us.
Nice fish too by the way.
Soon you'll bust a 30 pounder.... keep at it.

Is most of the video shot near Portland ? I don't recognize any landmarks.

  Keep 'em coming....
Life is short---live it tall.

Be kinder than necessary--- everyone is fighting some kind of battle.

Sailors may be struck down at any time, in calm or in storm, but the sea does not do it for hate or spite.
She has no wrath to vent. Nor does she have a hand in kindness to extend.
She is merely there, immense, powerful, and indifferent

"I'm gonna throw up" :puke: said Mrs. Hicks (Sidra). And I'm laughing with her, not at her. Great video of you guys as well as the new tutorial. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks. The other flashers are from a nearby boat. I guess they didn't believe me when I told them it was running right at them. They were really cool about though.

Went out a few days ago and picked up two more in the same locale. This setup also catches Coho!

Awesome job Tyler! I watched Rawkfish catch one of those fish on this tackle. Very impressive!
