Hatchery fish question...

It's so cute seeing people from Oregon complain about the complexity of their fishing regulations.

It's not the complexity that he's complaining about.  It's the way changes to the regulations are delivered.  He wants maximum convenience.  That seems reasonable to ask in 2016 when it would be inexpensive to simply redline a pdf update with a subscription service.  Wildlife officers should also be able to look up our license info via driver's licenses even if they don't have cell service.  The data file would be trivially small.

It's 2016 for Heaven's sake.  We have flying cars and pokemons and all kinds of advanced stuff.

Or God forbid an app with a map so we can see what is legal and where, also that is updated along with the regs...... Okay, okay, that may be too much to ask from a government organization.

We who live under rocks prefer "recluse" to the H-word.  Groupist!

There are fewer changes down here than up there, but you make a good argument.

Sure you can.  We'll just mock you for it.

My goodness, no!  We love technology.  It's people in flocks of three or more that we avoid.

I agree that if apps can be done in one state, they should be possible - and practical - for other states.
