(something glitched when I tried to post the wrap up on the other thread so I'm starting a new one)

As the saying goes, everything old is new again. We started out S5.E1 at the same place we had our pilot event. We hadn't been back there in the between time, and I don't know why. Lost Lake is a sweet spot.

It was great to see all our HOW friends both old and new. Our awesome volunteers coached all the Veterans onto tons of trout. Thanks to Great Bass 2 and his lovely wife for preparing a very delicious lunch.

Also thanks to Snarf and Kat for clearing the log jam off of the ramp.

One of our regulars was able to haul in a piggy steelhead on our mickey mouse trout gear. Thanks to everyone for coming out. We'll see ya'll on April 29th out on Sauvie's.

Lost and Found - I found a tanto point knife on the ground when I closed my tailgate. Let me know who it belongs to.

Happy to hear you guys had a successful event! Bummed to have missed Lost Lake again, but had a great breakfast with my son before sending him back to CA for school.

Looking forward to Gilbert River next month ... assuming this rain lets up enough for the water levels a chance to return to normal...

Glad you all had a great event.  Lost Lake is definitely on my bucket list of places to fish this year.

Yeah I would bet that the launch is currently under water. :-(

Giving this a ^ because of the knife I found. If you are missing a tanto point knife holler at me.
