I don't think I posted this yet.  It's not so much for the folks here but if you could help spread the word, I would appreciate it greatly.

I will be doing three seminars on Kayak Fishing Southcentral Alaska at the Great Alaska Sportsman Show which is this weekend.   I plan to give a brief intro on the kayaks and gear, but then simply run through a few of my videos and explain what is going on and some of the subtle differences between fishing salmon and halibut from a kayak.

Dates:

Friday March 31  1pm
Saturday Apr 1    5pm
Sunday Apr 2      1pm.

Here's a link to the the entire schdule!

You are welcome!  We have such an awesome group here in Alaska!

The tentative seminar dates in Homer are May 19 and 20!  Seminar Friday evening, and on water demo kayaks, recovery demo and gear check Saturday.

Hope to see ya at one of the seminars.  I always try and have other folks with experience say a word or two since absolutely no ones is an expert here in Alaska given how relatively new this kayak angling is here.

Rudy,

I am really hoping to break away from our booth to attend at least one of your presentations.

Thanks for coming!

I didn't record this particular one.  But i do have some older presentations that should be very similar.

Here is one from a couple o years back.  Sorry about the background noise.

Here is a presentation that has very similar aspects to it but is more focused on salmon.

But just as importantly and the answers will be MUCH more diverse and ;likely useful is to just post your questions son this forum!  Super helpful folks on this board!
