I am glad someone is trying the WS battery and giving a first hand report. I have been really interested in it since it was announced at iCast last year and have been waiting for some reports and reviews on it... keep us updated when you get the new one.

I got the replacement Wilderness Systems battery today. It came with three out of five bars of charge and had no problem powering up the fish finder. Austin Kayak's customer service couldn't have been better through this return. They sent me a paid shipping label for the defective battery and didn't charge me for shipping the replacement. This is my third purchase from them and all three have been great. They'll get my business for future purchases if they have items that I'm looking for at anywhere close to competitive prices.
