SO I have heard that Cabezon eggs are VERY poisonous. And i'm scared that if i fillet one and hit the eggs will i get sick?

Probably not. Looks like you have to actually ingest the eggs in some quantity to make you sick. I'm sure a couple broken eggs washed away will have minimal impact. https://www.noozhawk.com/article/outdoors_qa_cabezon_eggs_are_toxic
