For new kayakers or those not as familiar with tide info, this site provides a lot of info.  You can back up to the home page and choose other areas.  16 foot tide swing today is showing areas along Alki and other place you won't see that often, and at a good walk time during a hot day.  Wouldn't want to try bottom fishing or even paddling against it during rhe peak swing~

I've been using it for a year and it's pretty darned accurate for my area.  I think they still offer an Android app, too.
I expected the worst, but it was worse than I expected...
