The suggestions have tapered off, so the final results are:

In First Place with a total of 8.25 suggestions are POOL NOODLES:
   Pool Noodles - 7.25
Pool Noodles Are Okay (but only if they're pink) - 1

Coming in Second is A LEASH with 3.5 suggestions:
   Dog Leash - 2
   Leash Leash - 1
   Already Leashed - 0.5

Third place goes to STOP WORRYING ABOUT IT with 2.75 suggestions:
Let It Learn To Swim On It's Own - 2.75

Coming in at a surprising Fourth place is QUIT FISHING with 2 suggestions:
   Surrender - 2

And we have a three-way tie for Fifth with one suggestion each:
   Lip Grips - 1
   I'm the Bait? - 1
   Scotty Rod Holder - 1

In Last place for Least P.C. Suggestion goes to:
   Get it Baptized - 1

Thanks to all who submitted their suggestion, and a big shout goes to those who submitted two or more entries: "For pity's sake!  Make up your minds, would you?"  I truly appreciate the time each of you spent helping make this list possible.

What are you like when it comes to pizza night?  Bust out the flow charts and start plotting data points on which toppings to go with.  :o

I hate to think about the chart for an all you can eat buffet.... ::)

Sorry late to this since I just officially joined not long ago.

I am surprised no one mentioned taping net to one hand pole to the other and let the current take where it wants. I mean seems the most logical. No lost net or pole and a relaxing day on the water. No sore muscles, no having to worry about tracking the boat, or fighting the wind.

Pizza night isn't a problem at all.  I let the grandkids choose the best toppings - they're my mini-NWKA!

You know, I'm not sure the format I used for the Final List is the best way to display the data... got any suggestions?  Pfff-ft!

Thank you.

The judges agree your suggestion would have been in the Quit Fishing category, but we decided to not accept a late entry.  No way we'll let suggestions to Quit Fishing end up in Third Place.

Quit fishing what????   I never said quit, I said tape the pole to your hand I did not say tape a modern fishing pole to your hand. Back when we were still beating rocks together for fire they used a line of some type tied to a tree branch or bamboo. Although they probably didn't call it fishing probably more like "ugga ugga ugga" but the concept was solid and they still caught fish...  ;D

That does that bring back memories of a bamboo pole and panfish from when I was younger though... those were the good old days. :D
