I encourage anyone to sign up for AOTY, even if you think you dont have much chance of placing. Its a great way to learn to fish for new species, discover new places to fish, learn new techniques, and catch bigger fish! I cant even explain how much I have learned over the last few years because of AOTY.

Well said and I agree 100%.

Congratulations to Evan, Jeff and everyone who participated in 2016.  There were some great catches posted this season and I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone enters in 2017.  Thanks to NWKA and it's web crew, the judges, all the sponsors for the great prizes, and extra thanks to Lauren for putting life back into this event.

Congratulations to all the winners!  Awesome work guys!

And, special thanks to the AOTY organizers.  It's a thankless job but you guys rocked it.

The only address I still need is Westslopecutt - send me a PM when you get a chance!  :banjo:

Most of the packages are addressed and sealed up. I'm not in control of when they ship but I'm hoping this week.

The fishing poles are 1-piece (and pretty nice, btw!) so I will be reaching out to a couple of you I haven't made plans with yet to see if we can meet up this year as I have no easy way to ship them.
