I will bring a dish but have yet to decide in jalepeno poppers or something else?  I will also have a double propane burner to donate if it helps.

I don't think I need to bring any of the more famous local ag product with me since you can now buy dope in any corner grocery store in Oregon.

I pulled what looked to be a side dish from the Taco Feed thread and added them to the growing list, to keep this potluck contribution ball rolling.  We are seeing some unique and tasty sounding items make the list. 

There's lots of room yet to add some great salads, deserts, and side dishes.

If anyone is lost on what they could contribute, here are a few things that are pretty cheap, and easy to make that even Rawkfish could make these.   
One tip regarding serving dishes/trays.  Go to Dollar Tree and get your serving dish/tray and spoon/spatula from there.
If you don't want to take home left overs of your potluck contribution, you can just toss out whatever is left, and not be out more than a few bucks.
