When I'm fishing in cold weather, or even on cold water, I generally use multiple layers of insulation under my drysuit. My first layer is a snug layer, the second layer is a slightly less snug layer, and the top layer is loose. My first layer is currently Under Armour cold gear leggings. While my system works great for keeping me warm (in the air or in the water), that first layer is the only one of three or four (including the drysuit) that doesn't have a relief flap. I get cold easily and like my layers, but having that layers complicates matters when it comes relief time. Has anyone found something similar to that snug-fitting inner layer that has a relief flap?

Do you mean a relief flap on the stern or cut like men's underwear in the front?

There are dozens, maybe more, lightweight base layers built like underdrawers, including some by Under Armor (https://www.underarmour.com/en-us/mens-ua-base-1-0-leggings/pid1281107-001).

But if you're asking about a stern flap, I've only seen those on Duofold red wool long johns.

Thanks, Tinker. That's what I was looking for. I'm looking for a flap in the front like that. I looked in all the cold gear pictures and it didn't look like they had flaps and my current ones don't. I hadn't noticed the UA base layer categories.

Hope it helps.  Nothing worse than feeling the urge and having a ten minute struggle to relieve it.
