How long do I have?  I keep nagging the grandkid to get on the Kokatat site to find their size...
I expected the worst, but it was worse than I expected...

Anybody knows what size will fit the best for 5'10" and 175?

Go with a large.  You can squeeze into a medium, but definitely get a large.  A drysuit should fit loosely, so it doesn't restrict your movement, and so you have plenty of room for layers of clothing under the drysuit.  If you have big shoulders, a big chest, and/or a long torso, which will make it harder to get into the drysuit when wearing a lot of clothing, and you expect to do a lot of kayaking in cold weather and water, consider getting an extra-large drysuit.  If you want to check whether a size large will fit, bring a lot of layers of clothing down to your local outdoor store, put them on, and try getting into a size large drysuit.  A tip for when wearing a lot of clothing: if the zipper of the drysuit goes over your right shoulder, put your right arm in its sleeve first, and get your shoulder into the drysuit before you start putting your left arm into its sleeve.

I'm 6' and 175, and I have a size large Kokatat drysuit.  I do a fair amount of cold weather and cold water kayaking, and while a large is fine for moderate conditions, in cold weather, getting into the drysuit is a bit of a squeeze.  For example, yesterday (March 27) I went whitewater kayaking on the Lochsa River in Idaho.  It snowed all day, and it was 31 degrees when we took out. I was quite comfortable, because I was wearing the right number of layers of clothing under my drysuit, and was wearing dry gloves.  Specifically, on top I was wearing light polypro, expedition polypro, and three acrylic sweaters. I'm thinking my next Kokatat drysuit should be an extra large, which would be a bit loose in moderate conditions, but would be easier to put on when wearing a lot of clothing.

Here's what the weather conditions looked like after we took off the Lochsa yesterday:

+1 on Pete's answer: go with a large.

I'm 5'9" and my medium is exactly the right size top-to-bottom when I'm all triple-layered-up underneath and there's not much room to spare.  I think your extra inch in height would make it a bit too snug between the crotch and shoulders.

Kokatat has a sizing tool on their website that I used: https://kokatat.com/custom.  Find a tailor's tape, choose a comparable suit, run the tool and you'll be good to go.

Hint: don't be a Tinker: put your base layers on when taking measurements...
