Anyone fish Homer this weekend? Weather wise, it looks good for my fishing trip down to Homer tomorrow PM and Tues AM. I guess I will need to fish deep for Kings and Halibut?

We fished Friday and it was cold!  15 knts, rain,  decent size surf.  Fished about 3 hours before the hotel room looked a lot warmer.  Had one good take down close to the ferry dock where the water was clearer but that was it.   The major problem was not the cold.  It was that the big surf the previous days had made the waters near shore super muddy.  We looked at it again on Saturday and it was the same so we decided to not fish it and head home early.

If you can find clean water, i think the fish are still there.
