So after a great turn out at our last Seminar in Homer, The Homer Water Trail Committee has asked us to do another presentation on May 19th from 6pm to 9pm.  We will follow it up with on the water test drives of Hobie Kayaks courtesy of Alaska Raft and Kayak on Saturday weather permitting.

Please help spread the word!

Sounds like a good target for the season inaugural run for the trailer. Hmm. Probably can't make it by 6 though. I may just have to join you for some fishing on Saturday. I figure it will be good for all involved if we have a number of plastic boats around as people do test drives. At a minimum, I'll plan on being there Saturday. Friday might be tough getting off work in time.

for the veterans, PLEASE if you can come and share your skills and kayaks with us on Saturday, that would be awesome!  I may even be able to squeeze a bit more of a discount to for those that want to stay at Lad's End though I can't promise that.

The general manager was saying he had a lot of interest at the sportsman show where they were handing this brochure out.

I plan on being there, although I wouldn't consider myself a veteran...maybe an intermediate who has gotten a little slime on the yak and dry suit.

Keep us posted if you can work a bit of discount. I can make it down by six if I don't have to mess with the trailer. Might be nice to spend the night down there. I'm getting fond of these mine-vacations.

I'm making arrangements to be there. I'd like to test drive a few kayaks...

Perfect opportunity, I plan to have my two Native Propels there for folks to try out. (Well, at least mine, the wife will likely be in hers ;-)
