Well, I'm pretty Norwegian and with no cultural offense intended to anyone, and due to the strong confidence of plausible deniability that it's actually me, the blue one matches my eyes?  I think I'll put it on before reaching a launch site and leave it on till after I leave, but it seems to work...mostly?  I m quite confident it will let others know that I'm spoken for and will thus be left alone.  Really alone perhaps.Any fishing partners will be required to paddle in front....?  Would I get another one? Maybe after the sunburn I got last year once...it's just not as manly as a skeleton with a cigar in it's mouth.

I see some snap swivels replacing some plastic clips if I ever take the Hijab.

Could it be to hold the back sunshield in a clump like a ponytail?
Or gather the face veil to the chin strap so it doesn't flip up in the wind?
