A friend is coming along Saturday 5-13 and we're planning on dropping in on Lake Cassidy by Marysville and dropping in maybe 11:30 is and look for some crappie, bass, perch, etc.
We'll either be one red malbu xl2+ or that plus my trident 13 in camo.  I haven't been there before but the guys stuck nice pics and after several days on the road it should be a nice easy day.  There's an access on the west side that easy to see on Google maps on South Lake Cassidy road.

Anyone is welcome to join in, happy to chat with new guys or get tricks from experienced masters, we'll plan on fishing till maybe 4ish.

Wish I could, but I'm working Saturday. Cassidy is a good bass and crappie lake, so you should do well! Access is easy from the public launch.

Made it up fishing to Cassidy and it went from wet to a nice day. Water temp was about 60 and while the area couldn't look much better for crappie, sunfish and bass, it was tough.  We only saw one or two other with fish.  I kept 4 average size pumpkinseeds and was surprised three were solid spawn yet. Water temp was 60 and still pretty high based on the shoreline.  It's a decent launch area but the abandoned crack pipe on the launch and some other activity near the parking area made it feel just a bit frisky with some potential for car prowling.
