If we don't get any racers for the early am run we're still hosting the HOW event 8 seats available parking is covered at the boat ramp on 101 just south of the Nehalem 101 bridge.

Nehalem regs verification question for mojo or any NC locals in the know for a guy used to fishing south coast rivers:

2 per day any marked salmon and/or marked steelhead in total, 1 of the 2 in your limit can be unmarked chinook.

Barbed hooks are allowed.

Bait is allowed.

No anti-snagging weight/leader combo rule in effect like there is on the south coast.

Ok we're off for the "holly crap that's early race" and still on for a HOW salmon fishing event. We still have seats available if you know any veterans or first responders that would like to attend. Just got off the phone with Jay and he said $10 per adult and $5 for kids 14 and under and we're still on for all you can eat pizza for NWKA guys that want to eat. He's extended an invitation to any of our participants on the house, gratis... Thats free bro for our Heroes.
