If I wasn't married with two small children and didn't have a steady job I'd be all over this.   Good luck finding someone Howard.

Dang, another couple of years and my kids will be old enough serve as apprentices.  That's 3 for the price of one!  Let me know if you need more guides in 3 or 4 years Howard.   ;D

My guess is you, your family and close friends don't have much use for these:

Mooch would be ideal.  When you need more help, give Jelly a ring.

have a coworker in mind who seems really interested.. he's on par at least with Nanook on boat skills and probably at least as good as Spot as a fisherman... this'll get forwarded to him in the morning... but he's not a member here, despite my efforts to sign him up.

mooch, as an infrequent member of NCKA, i've learned about your sleeping via the photo documentation  of it done by other members there.... and hey i was pullin yer leg, and hope you understand it's all in fun...

looks like competition for this may get interesting.. may the best man for Howard win.

Thanks for all the replies everyone. I wasn't so sure about Mooch, until the Diff'rent Strokes piece.. Things are firming up for him to join the northern ranks next spring. Anything else I should know about this guy??

Make sure you lay down the law with regards to speedos and aprons.  Don't ask.  Just don't let him bring any or even talk about them.

I think the Joel that works at Aquan sports would be an excellent guide.  The Joel that hangs out at campsites in his special apron would not.  Like Allen said, keep the apron and speedos away and all should be fine.

Damn, this makes me want to go to Foggy Bay this year even more than before, if that is humanly possible.

This Mooch guys sounds like a character.....  He should fit right in with DanV and myself (Both of us are planning on making it up for Foggy Bay.

What Mooch doesn't know is that he'll be manning the home base while Howard and I run the Foggy Bay trips.   >:D

So Dan is coming on out for this?  Should be a blast.  You guys booking soon?  Lots of interest in these trips and I suspect they won't last long.
