I also fish out of a 17T, just got it from the shop there in GH fly shop last Jan. at the sportsman show. Mine is not totally rigged up like yours. I am hoping to get the trolling motor this winter.
Gh fly is awesome for sure.  I really enjoy the pedaling around.  But the motor is a game changer!  Really increased my fishing time on lakes and makes much easier to work cover and docks and stuff for bass. Anchor modes and recorded routes are great!  Highly recommend it to anyone. And trolling now is wayyyyyy easier. Same as a boat. Dont have to concentrate as much on pedalling while working lines haha.

Lake Sevan looks like a good sized puddle!  What kinds of fish?

This Hobie is great!  Cant wait to troll for some salmon.  Hopefully find some others that can provide insight into techniques and places best suited to kayak angling.  Other then just trolling i mean. I love casting lures or jigging too.  Just dont know where or best practices in the sound.

Check out salmonuniversity.com you'll find tons of information for your area to include semi detailed maps to help you figure out where to troll, mooch or jig
