NA Thirsty Thursday - Feb 21 - Bottom Fishing Basics

Howdy Ya'll,

I'll be conducting a frče how-to on the basics of bottom fishing at Next Adventure PSC on Feb. 21 @ 7:00pm.

Topics will include: safety and appropriate immersion wear, kayak rigging for saltwater, necessary and useful equipment, where/when to fish, gear to target (lingcod, rockfish, cabezon), processing your catch, and if time allows some crabbing pointers.

As per usual Next Adventure's friends at Hopworks Urban Brewery will be providing refreshments.

Thanks for coming out Z.D. I don't shy away from the fact that I've always been a one-trick pony. I poke around for other fish, but bonking bottom has always been my thing. Apologies for running a little long. Thanks to Next Adventure, HUB, B2 Squid, and all the NWKA folks that turned out for making it a great evening.
