LOL

I am still here, but NOT THERE.

Waiting on good weather here in South Korea, and I didn't bring my dry suit, regardless so I'll share how the SoKo fishing is if I survive until the spring.   IF NOT, then I will see you all in the beach this summer !

Just curious, are you going to take in any of the Olympics with your front row seat?

Sounds like you are working security detail for our POTUS!  :)  You're missing out on the beginning of the season. Drift boats already on the Kenai and Kasilof for kings. Fish are moving up the beaches already. Are you gonna make the season here this summer?

Did not take the yaks out in 2017 - pretty sad really.

2018 has been a good year so far - rented a couple of PA14's while visiting Cayo Costa FL back in April, had a blast catching snook, redfish, seatrout, etc. , and just bought a pre-owned PA12, which I will definitely put some miles on this summer. And, of course, scored my first king in saltwater and first king in a kayak this past weekend, so nothing but smiles from me!

I'm home run hitting for halibut this summer - my theory is big baits for big fish, but if anyone has suggestions for hooking a 100+ lbs fish, I'm open. Hope to see some of the crew down in Whiskey Gulch or Homer as well. Safe travels.
Good things come to those that wade.
