Very simple recipe, but damned good and very healthy
What you'll need:
1 neon green lingcod filet glass pyrex dish olive oil foil season salt lemon pepper
Cover pyrex dish in foil (No cleanup afterwards! Yeah, I'm lazy like that) Add two tablespoons olive oil to the dish Rub the lingcod filet on the foil on both sides so it has a light coating of olive oil all over Lightly sprinkle with seasoned salt (both sides) Moderately sprinkle with lemon pepper (both sides)
Bake on top shelf at 350 for 20-24 minutes
My kids are super picky eaters, and my 7 year old eats this likes it's going out of style. I love it!
If frying fish is your thing, Louisiana seasoned fish fry makes the best damned fried fish I've ever had, and it makes REALLY good home made chicken nuggets too!

Sounds yummy.
A varient on that idea is how we cooked up some of the ling cod I brought home from a charter boat trip last June.
