yes it is. there is a  ramp to drive on the beach.it is doable in a two wheel drive vehicle for the most part, except  extreme minus tides.. It is not too far of a carry/cart either

Went out that day (Sat.) also. Caught a limit of BRF & lings, including this 30"

that fish bit me on the thumb while i was trying to remove the hook. pretty good slice, plenty of blood. glad it didn't roll when it chomped down. gonna knock the lings in the head 1st off from now on.
