there's a power plant on the  eastern outskirts of san antone that dumps it's cooling tower waters into a on premises lake..... great place for hybrid stripers.  always a good mix of warm and cooler but not always colder water flowing in different directions.. bet those might be a great place to fish for you, there, too.

The water from the cooling towers is harmless (aside from heat pollution)...  The primary and secondary coolants never intermix.  I would rather live near a nuclear plant than a coal-fire plant, paper mill, or airport flightpath anyday.
