Looking for a used Hobie for my bride so I can go fishing and she hang out with me.  Thanks in advance.

I would check out craigslist and alaskalist. They don't come up often but sometimes you can find them there. The other option is to call Alaska Raft and Kayak, they may know someone who is looking to upgrade and is selling their old hobie.

It is too bad shipping is prohibitive.  I have a 2018 Outback in camo ($2750 retail) I bought last August.  I have never even assembled the seat yet. It has been in storage since I bought it.  I have switched to just using my Revo and my inflatable now. I thought I had it sold for $2200, but that fell through.

I could call my guy and get you a quote if you want. SpanAlaska has a slow boat (barge) that departs from the Port of Tacoma and has a 11-14 day transit time to Anchorage.

On Saia LTL there is an accessorial charge of $132.50 on overlength freight (>12' but ≤16') in addition to their regular rate from Swan Island terminal to PoT.
