Springers near the Colombia mouth ???

Nice write up Mark, way to stay safe even though you didn't get wet you had a good day. Next time your down give me a shout I will try to meet up with you and fish.

  I'm gonna give it another go at Knappton in the morning. Already loaded up-- will get herring on the way down and be on the water around 8 am. Tide looks do-able and there have been a few reports on I-fish of some success.
  I'll report in Saturday night......

  On the water at the perfect time...water as smooth as glass....right about 40 degrees with NO WIND...
  with the perfect baits....and.......a nice thick fog.

  I haven't fished since the 7th so tomorrow it's time to give it another try.
  Numbers are looking better. Reports on I-fish have the furbags heading west which I'll interpret as meaning they are coming after springers. Though I could be wrong. Funny how we all read sign differently trying to find ways to improve success.
  Might be one or two other guys joining in at Knappton around 8:00 am.
  C'mon out if you'd like to give it a shot.......
