Tsunami's didn't happen. It took a while for the tsunami warnings to get lifted. Some schools in Seward and Homer, as well as Port Graham and Nanwalek, had to evacuate to higher ground. Anchorage got hit hardest. Some big road damage and many buildings damaged. It will probably take a while for damage assessments to get completing. Mat-Su valley also had some pretty big road damage. Some roads were also damaged on the Kenai Peninsula. So far, I haven't heard of any injuries. Let's hope it stays that way.

I'm in Eagle river. Power came back late last night. Luckily the Hobie did not fall from my garage ceiling, beer cellar is safe and no mounts fell from the wall. No heat currently but should have that up and running here in the next week or so. Boiler took a dump a few days before the quake.
