Does anyone else use the SH HX 890 radio?
I splurged and purchased one. Was very happy with it for the 2 outings it went on. Now it is dead and won't turn on. I am convinced it is the charging cradle.

Multimeter on the cradle prongs will tell ya if it has juice.

Yeah, checking with friends to see if someone has a multimeter. I do not.

Doesn't it have an adapter to run on a bunch of AA batteries? That would make it simple to rule out a problem with the radio itself.

I thi k that is an option with this. I don't have the adapter needed......Yet.....
