Good job man,  was a lil slower for us out of Depoe.
Drifter got two lil wild coho, then a few rockfish.
Me and another guy got some good drive bys, but nothing stuck.
I released a barely legal ling, went home empty handed early, wasn't feeling well. A few others got some blacks n short lings, water was pretty brown.

A day without fishing probably wouldn't kill me,
but why risk it?

Thanks Steve!

Cam, bummer to hear it was a slow bite for you guys. Water was brown alright! Maybe 4 feet of vis. It was brown everywhere I went, no color lines or rips observed. The 100 ft contour had the most life in it: clouds of Dungeness crab larvae. That's what my two coho were eating. I can't say if I was on a hot bite or not, given I bonked the first two coho I hooked.

The dense fog made things disorienting at times, and spending long periods staring at my chart plotter makes me a bit queasy. Kinda like trying to read a book while in a moving car. The fog was at its worst when I was returning to the beach: I couldn't even see the surf til I was in like 20 FOW.
