Just trying to entice myself into something....is this a good deal? A good boat for getting into kayak fishing/crabbing on Puget Sound? See attached photo. Thanks for any input.

I can't say about the price but the that boat has always had good reviews from a lot of people on both fresh and salt water. I would look on youtube for reviews of the boat, listen to the pro's and con's (all boats have them), and go from there. Out of curiosity, what is your level of experience? If you are new and have never used a paddle try it without the drive and see how it handles, some peddle units can be sluggish and difficult to track straight with out the drive or rudder in the water. how difficult will it be to surf launch if you are on the salt, or how difficult is it to untangle if you get hung up in weeds. Keep that in the back of your mind, because it doesn't matter if it is a paddle or a peddle drive they all can get damaged, which is why many peddle drives have a back up unit (paddle) to get them home.
