2013 ORC Fish Taco Feed

Lots of tortillas!  I have wheat, corn, flour, and even found a couple packs of gluten free for those who need them... 

Hopefully headed that way shortly - the trailer is loaded, just need to strap down the Oasis and load the food.  We'll be staying in Depoe Bay, so looking forward to seeing folks tomorrow morning for the pre-fish!

Huge thanks to Dino (and his wife), Allen,  and Justin for helping to run the fryers and cleanup.  Glad everyone had a good time and enjoyed the food!

Smoked salmon is one of my favorite snacks to have while sturgeon fishing. Not much else to so but wait, so might as well have some handy. Glad you liked it!
