That stuff is awesome!!! The salmon seasoning from Prudhomme is amazing as well.

I can supply the same fryers as last year. Plus the LP for fire.
Still not sure if I can make it myself though. So I may post up asking for a caretaker.

I have a volunteer for picking up the fryers, but he is unable to do the return.  Assuming DeaFish cannot make it to ORC, is anyone willing to return the fryers to him afterwards?  He's in Pacific City, so it shouldn't be too far out of the way for the folks in Portland or further north.  I can't do it as I'm heading over to Eugene after ORC.

Look at the first post in the thread for what's still needed.  I've been crossing out items as people claim them.  Feed is open to all participants and their families.  If you're just coming to the feed to hang out and learn that's cool though.  Just bring enough to cover an amount equivalent to what you'd consume.  No extra cost.

I have an LP fryer that I plan to bring in case we need one more.

Big pot and little pot.
I would much rather be up a creek without a paddle than down one.

Here's what remains of the list on the OP of what we still need folks to step up and volunteer to bring.  The fish taco feast is epic, but it can only be so if enough people bring items to make it so.

If you can't bring anything on the list, please at least volunteer some of your time to help with set-up and clean-up.

Breading/Spice mix for the fish (Be good if there was at least 1 gluten free option)
Eggs and anything else needed for the coating on the fish
Lettuce
various dessert items
Trays
Cutting Boards (probably need several got 2 need probably at least 1 more)
tongs (for dropping/extracting fish from fryer)
Cilantro

We'll also need to organize for the awards ceremony.  For that we will need the following items.
Projector
Screen
laptop to run photos
cords for the various cameras to download photos/video
microphone and speakers (??)

Sinker - I think we're probably good for fryers at this point.  DeaFish is loaning us his large fryer (probably enough on its own), plus I think one or two other people are bringing small fryers equivalent to yours.

Sweet, I got 2 sets of tongs that should help, and I can get a couple heads of lettuce.  How many do you think we need?

I have been meaning to get some big baking sheets too, so count on me for 2 that can work as serving trays.
I would much rather be up a creek without a paddle than down one.

Is it ok if I bring frozen French fries instead of the potatoes? Since I will also be fishing it will be a convenience for me.
Sorry to be a bother :embarassed:
