2013 ORC Fish Taco Feed

Is it ok if I bring frozen French fries instead of the potatoes? Since I will also be fishing it will be a convenience for me.

I think the 6-7 heads of lettuce Theshoeman volunteered for will be plenty.  I'll mark you down for eggs. 

I have access to a Fender PA system with mic. I will bring it. If someone has the ability and/or desire, there are 3 inputs if someone wants to plug in a guitar etc.
  It also has cables etc to hook into laptop for music, or whatev.

I'll bring my oyster sausage. I will have a propane burner and pot that I will only need to be using for half an hour an hour and a half before dinner and will  be available after that.

I have a Brute garbage can that has never seen garbage to keep one of PNW's Ninkasi kegs chilly.

Does anybody else have a barrel or can they can bring along to keep the other one frosty cold?

am thinking I could make a broccoli cheese casserole,is there a place out there (clubhouse,oven??) to  warm these ?

also, is this feed along with pig roast that am hearing about? is it all just kinda one big potluck Friday nite?

Pig potluck is on friday. Fish Taco potluck is on Saturday.

Here's what we still need.  Especially if you have the screen and projector and laptop for the awards ceremony please speak up.

Items still needed:

Breading/Spice mix for the fish
Eggs and anything else needed for the coating on the fish
various dessert items
Cutting Boards (probably need several got 2 need probably at least 1 more)


We'll also need to organize for the awards ceremony.  For that we will need the following items.
Projector
Screen
laptop to run photos
cords for the various cameras to download photos/video

Since the kegs will be cold at pick-up, they should stay cold. I wish I could get this from you before I pick them up tomorrow, so I'm going to buy a couple new Rubbermaid cans.

2 pans green bean casserole (1 made with cream of mushroom soup)
                                          (1 made with cream of chicken & celery)
1 chocolate cake
1 peach up-side-down cake
12 dozen dinner rolls (1/2 white, 1/2 wheat)

We should be there around 1:00 ish Thursday!
