Western Canoeing and Kayaking in Abbotsford, BC will be doing a kayak fishing seminar on Friday March 16th at 7PM.  Anglers sponsored by Hobie and Jackson Kayaks will be there.  Good proximity to Bellingham, Anacortes and other northern areas of WA state.

This will be a good one!

ESPECIALLY if you want to see me stammer and mumble my way through speaking to a group... just kidding.

I will be one of the presenters at this seminar and it looks to be a very thorough day with manufacturers representatives, rigged boats, many different hulls to compare, and that doesn't even mention the gear that is hanging in the store. Western Canoe and Kayak has a very well stocked storefront of high quality gear and well trained staff.

So, I guess what I am saying is that there will be a lot to learn by being surrounded in people who know their boats and gear, as well as the kayak fishing specialists who will be on hand to lend that perspective necessary to enjoy our sport.

If you are new any or all aspects of kayaking, fishing, or all of the above, this will be a great start!

P.S. - I am hibernating 150 miles or so south of Fairbanks for the winter, but can get my internet fix a few times a week.  I will check pm's and emails at that time.  Tight lines, and see you all in Abbotsford!
