So I couldn't stand it.....I had to get out of the house.  Went down to the spit and tried my luck.  Nothing, but I found out my FF doesn't work.  Good thing I found that out before the action picks up this spring.  Oh, and I came up with names for my rigs..... Crooked Fin & Busted Rudder

It has been brutal here in AK. March 17th is the Homer King Derby!  Last year I caught a rockfish, small flounder and cod out of Whittier March 27 last year.

C'mon spring!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, I'll grant you "brutal" -- but I've had 34 days on skis so far, and like Kardinal says, we've still got two months to go. It's all good. But I'd rather be fishing. :D I don't think I'll be ready for the Homer King Derby this year. Not safe in the Lynx, and I won't have the Revo in possession until after the Sportsman's Show.

Not sure yet. I want to but the weather odds are so slim and work is insane in March that I can't really plan to fish it. I will know better at the end of this month.
