Hey everyone. It's been a bit as I succumbed to a powerboat when my shoulders gave out (replacement #1 coming up in Oct).

When kayak fishing, I preferred a left hand retrieve reel, and I bought the best I could find (happy birthday to me!). Learn about Seigler and the SG reel here--even if you're not interested in the one I'm selling: https://www.seigler.fish/products/sg-small-game?variant=39713914716211. You'll see that the retail price is $300, and it has a Lifetime Warranty. I like the performance of the reel so much that I've ordered the same model, but in right hand retrieve this time.

Specs:
-Model Seigler SG (Small Game), serial # 061
-Left hand retrieve
-Line capacity: 450 yds 50# braid
-Lever drag (3#-30#)
-Gear ratio 6:1
-Retrieve per crank revolution 38"
-Ball bearings 7
-Spooled with 300yds of 40# PowerPro braid over 40# mono backing (I didn't want or need 500+ yards of braid), I have short a top shot of mono for easier use with a downrigger.
-Lifetime warranty

This reel is in excellent condition (and has landed some serious fish!) It's just about broken in--drag is smooth and amazing, the spool spins more freely than any I've used.

I check in NWKA every now and then, but best to call or text.

For those of you heading out, good luck at Buoy 10!

Sorry for the distorted pics, don't know what happened.
