As I sold my Outback the other day I opened up my hatch and found my bilge pump in there. I swore that I had it in my Adventure the whole time. I really love having it in the hull when I'm on the sound or big blue as it gives me a little more sense of security if my yak were to take on water. Only been a few instances from friends where they actually had to use it but man, they were lucky they did have one. And for about $8 you can't really complain..
So how many of you out there do have a bilge pump onboard?

Me, though if I take on a bunch of water in my wherry, a 5 gallon bucket (also on board) will be a heck of a lot faster.

I usually have a bilge sponge on board. A pump would be good in case i ever huli'd with my middle hatch open, which i have a bad habit of doing, and swamped it.
