Hi guys, just wondering if its possible to fish Columbia river for salmon? At Saturday was at wanapum dam, doesn't look friendly for kayak under the dam, but didn't have chance to fish on up dam because of winds. What is the good time of the year fish there and which part of the river most friendly. Thanks in advance
