Hey on the potluck is there any kinda deal like last name beginning A through whatever letter bring a salad or appetizer, whatever letter to Z bring a desert type thing? Or are we just cooking to impress the judges (admins & mods)? I know I'm thinking kind of far ahead, but in this group I know I'm not the only obsessive planner. :-)

Feel free to start the ORC food thread. It Works out who will be bringing what and generally gives everyone a chance to bring what they like to make.

PPaddler get your reservation in ASAP! ;) That goes for everyone too. If you get turned away that night all I can say is I told ya so.

Those of us that are bringing RV's, can we still use the tent group site with ya'll?  My rig is fully self contained to manage off the grid for at least a week, so I'm good on unlevel, no hook up kinda areas.   8)
I got the word from CB that it'd be OK. But only if it can be the ORC HQ for tournament sign in on Sat.  ;)

For those who haven't fished Depoe Bay before or those who want to re-familiarize themselves with the area I'll be happy to host a few Pre-Tournament events.

I just got word that Chinook Bend has a dedicated ODFW computer which means that you can purchase OR fishing licenses on site. Also  they rent crab rings and have bait for those who don't have crab gear and want to take advantage of the crabbing at Siletz Bay.

For those of you who have already reserved a spot, how much is it per night?  I'm trying to figure out if I want to reserve this week or after payday.

This should be a cool event, Hope the Ocean cooperates and i got the bucks...I got a spot reserved, they don't assign spots at the time you reserve for some reason but i asked to be as close to the tent site as possible. There is a small chance that i will not be able to make it as time gets closer, if there is someone riding the fence about going, hope they can swoop this spot if  i cancel..

I got a small 18 foot travel trailer now, the squarestream is but a distant memory, proof that being cool does not out weigh comfort and practicality... :P
See ya on the water..

Darn, I was really looking forward to see the customization you'd been up to these past few months... ;D

Forgive me if this has already been asked, but can fish from this tournament also count towards AOTY ?

Of course they count toward the AOTY.   ;D

Any target fish that is legally caught in any of the participating states counts toward your AOTY ranking.
