Although not all pleasure PB'rs are irresponsible, inattentive, rude, ignorant, stupid, lying, polluting litterbugs (or any combination of the previous) enough of them are to make it risky to be on the water with them. They all stink. I do my best to stay out of their way. Hmmm, maybe I will get a flare gun. Wonder if I could rig a holster on my pfd?

Even if this was truly an accident, wasn't it also a hit and run?

My understanding was that the driver of the stinkpot is the one who pulled the boy out of the water and called 911, but at first was reluctant to identify himself publicly as the driver.

He could still bring a civil suit.  

I think my Stoeger coach gun might fit somewhere on the yak.  Do they make a drybag for side-by-sides?
